The beautiful gardens and stunning lake location made for a romantic atmosphere for our escape. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face. We enjoyed the daily bottled water and the free use of the bicycles to explore the surrounding area.
Although located in a peaceful area, the hotel was quite far from any city center or tourist attractions. The limited food options were a disappointment, especially since we were hoping to try some local cuisine.

We had an amazing time at this place. The location is perfect, situated on a small hill away from the crowd, surrounded by beautiful views of the lake, tall pine trees, and colorful flowers. The staff here were extremely helpful and provided us with excellent service throughout our stay. We were impressed with the room service as well, as they were able to deliver delicious food to our door even late at night. The food at this hotel is simply amazing, every meal we had here was absolutely yummy. The staff even went above and beyond by giving us a lift to another hotel when the shuttle bus wasn't available. we were impressed with the luxurious and comfortable accommodations, enhanced by the attentive staff and delicious food.
We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay.

I had an amazing escape from the bustling city life in this hotel. The serene surroundings by the lake and tall pines were breathtaking. Food was scrumptious, and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch.

We found a great spot for our short-term vacation, with interesting foliage and a wonderful climate. the location by the lake is quiet, well-kept, and offers plenty of fantastic scenery. the room is spacious and inviting, featuring an impressive steam sauna shower combo and a small bathtub. Breafast and dinner in the gourmet restaurant were nice, and the staff was always attentive to our needs. the resort grows its own fruit and vegetables, so the meals are really fresh.
There was a limited food menu and not much information on different activities around the resort area.

the staff was extremely polite and friendly, always offering to help with any requests. They even provided a shuttle service to the nearby town, making it easy to explore the area. the large and spacious room included a fridge and utensils, perfect for keeping snacks and drinks on hand.
The resort did not live up to its advertised amenities. Kayaking and tours were not available, contrary to the promotional material.
